Is there anyone going training at the weekend? the weather is to be better on Saturday than sunday, thinking about doing 2 to 2 1/2 hrs max on either day if everyone ok with that. Not sure if anybody wants to make out a route before rides as was previously talked about!! Also i will be training most days now in the mornings if anyone wants to go, probably with Sean Grey on wednesdays and some others from Cookstown direction. Wont be doing anymore than 3hrs until mid November probably. Hope see everyone out for EASY spin at weekend stephen

Hey,
with regards to the night rides around Armagh, i think the steady club were using a route in the city which was well lighted up for the past 2 years, but i believe they are now going to use the craigavon route which is a bit safer i think! I could find out the exact route and post it on the forum so it could give you a idea of the roads. As for the weekend rides, we ave18.5mph on sat and 18.3mph on sun last weekend i think, but it was a flatish route both days, it was 5min turns at front each so to keep the speed at a good pace all along the ride and think it worked out fine.
